Our 2022 Flower Series focuses on new and unique styles that we plan to release each month throughout the year. Snowdrop is our Winter Wheat IPA and is brewed with significant amounts of malted white wheat. We hopped Snowdrop with Strata, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic for a beautifully soft beer with notes of passion fruit, berry, tropical and stone fruits.

Lemon zest, airplane glue honeysuckle nose. Cloudy amber, thin head. Lilly, lemon zest. Medium body, easy carbonation. Not in good shape but I like the intent.

Can at home. Canned less than a week ago. Cloudy yellow and puffy white head. Nose is tropical and some citrus, light florals as well. Tatses of pineapple, star fruit, lemon grass, nectarine, grapefruit some florals and hint of white wine spritzer. Wheat softens the palate. Smooth and flavorful

Canned 1/23/24, drunk 11/5/25. Coming up on 2 years old! As pictured.
At least it's been refrigerated. I had assumed this was the weisse/wit hybrid IPA style, which should fair better with age, but it's not. Just an IPA that has wheat in it. AKA half the NEIPAs out there.
Smells juicy, fruity, lightly woody with unripe tropical fruit and light earthy tones. Clean and with a bit of nutty blandness from wheat.
Still a bit of bitterness and lots of unripe tropical fruit/passionfruit. Nutty, chewy, soft and supple texture with moderate to high attenuation. Tropical fruit is dainty, delicately-done and the ample bitterness helps keep it drinkable. Will certainly try a fresher can, but it's pretty clear this is quite well-done.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Just a light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts bring a modest sweetness. Light crisp pine into a fair West Coast citrus peel vibe, but what saves this one from the normal West Coast like tedium is a nice bright tropical fruit back end. Really elevates it. Nice.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 04/08/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to the edge. Nose is orange zest, grass, light herb, melon, papaya. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, light breads, citric tinged straw, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with mellow hop bitterness. Middle of the road IPA ... fine for this lacklustre sub genre.

16 oz can. Aroma is grapefruit and wheat / straw. This can is older so I am grading on a slight curve. Very soft carbonation on a vigorous pour. Flavor is a weak rendition of the aroma. Lightly bitter grapefruit with hints of mango. Perhaps a draft example fairs much better?

473ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of zesty lemon and grapefruit, tropical fruits. Taste is very citrusy, zesty lemon and grapefruit stand out, some tropical fruitiness too, passionfruit, mango, citrusy and slightly pithy finish. Medium bodied, very soft. Very nice WIPA.

Pint on tap at Specialty Sandwich Co. shared with Steve. Cloudy dark yellow-light brown w/nice head & lacing. Aroma is strong citrus & grapefruit. Taste is nondescript fruit and malt. Smooth, thick texture, flat-to-soft carbonation & finish as taste w/mild bitter. Ok.
