[ As Birrificio del Ducato White Riot ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, lemon - grapefruit, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, soapy, spicy, coriander, lemon zest. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, wheat, lemon - lime, witbier yeast, coriander, lemon - grapefruit, soapy, lemon zest. Il gusto al naso viene catturato da coriandolo e frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è di persistenza breve. La grandezza delle poche bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza trasparente. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di poche bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo spento. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è non invasivo. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è secco e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, agrumi, arancia amara, limone, pepe bianco e pompelmo.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Stas. Hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus peels, coriander. Rather dry flavor, slightly tart, with wheat, citrus, coriander. Lively carbonation, quite light-bodied.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, schiuma bianca media e persistente. Al naso sentori citrici, scorza di limone e bergamotto, buona speziatura, coriandolo, pepe. In bocca è delicatamente bilanciata, leggermente dolce con finale amaro-acidulo, rinfrescante. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male, ben fatta.

Tap at ’Mercato Metropolitano’.Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity aroma, notes of grapefruit, zesty notes of lemon, orange, a touch of coriander. Taste delivers identical flavours on a minimally sweet, wheaty basis. Smooth and soft palate, slightly crumbly mouthfeel. Very refreshing.
