Canned. Golden colour with a mediumsized creamy/bubbly head, with quite rich carbonation. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy and some mild toasted and bready notes. Flavour is bready, some floral, fruity, mildly nectary and earthy notes.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Allendale Mosaic ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon, zesty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160811] 7-3-7-3-15

Can from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a loose white head. Steady carbonation. Very faint lacing. Aroma of mango and pineapple. Flavour of passionfruit and white bread. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Clean and hoppy.

Cask @ Cellar Bar, Chester. Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma of citric Mosaic. Taste is smooth, a touch creamy with bright Mosaic flavours, lime, kiwi-fruit with a spiky bitterness. Nice.

Palate - Soft carb, medium body, fairly bitter, well balanced palate. Finish as main flavour
Overall - Good beer, nice zest hops

Can as Bin 50 mosaic. From Ales by Mail. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, straw. Taste is bitter, more grapefruit, papaya. Bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF’16, day three, 11/08/16. Clear golden blond with a decent off white head. Nose is light pine, citric kissed straw, melon, punchy citric rinds. Taste comprises shades of passionfruit, orange pith, melon, toasted bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop lick. Decent GB.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Clear pale gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has mild fine carbonation. Light and sweetish pale malts. Mild floralness. Light citrus, quite tame. Bare whisper of something tropical. Thin finish. Not getting enough from this hop.
