6 3 7 3 13 Bottle shared at THT March ‘18 (The Elephant Seal Edition). Very hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of resinous hops, citrus, orange and light herbal hop notes with malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT March. Hazy dark golden with off white head. Tea, flowery, caramel, light grapefruit, quite some bitter herbs. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Not my thing.

Bottle @ home. Hazy amber color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, a bit sweetish hoppy, only moderately bitter and I really miss resinous hoppiness. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of and shared with IHC. Pours dark orange, yellowish beige head. Caramel, malty, citrus, ripe fruit, marmalade, sweet, medium bodied. Too much on the caramel sweet side for me.

Bottle 330ml @ HBF 2017 [ Helsinki Beer Festival 2017 ], Kaapelitehdas, Talberginkatu 1, Helsinki, Finland. [ As HopTop Double Check ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, dried fruit, marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, marmalade hops, bread, sweet malt, orange, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170407] 7-3-7-3-14

330ml bottle @ HBF 2017. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of caramely malts, herbal hops and earthiness. Taste is sweet, caramely and herbal with some grass, pine and resin. Finish is sweet and caramely with some aged hops and herbal notes. Doesn?t feel very fresh.

33cl bottle @ hbf 2017. Poured dark brown color with a thin white head. Caramel, toast, piny hops in aroma. Flavor has caramel, toffee, sweetness, hops. Dry finish.
