Can. Cloudy gold with a nitro head. Aroma and taste is all key lime pie. Sweet and tangy.

On tap (nitro) at Blackout Burger Bar. Pours a hazy orange with a thin yet dense head of white foam. Aromas are odd and kind of weak. A bit of non-defined fruit and some grain that almost seems like graham cracker (but that’s has to be my mind playing tricks, right?). Flavor is fruit and cream that isn’t particularly lime-y and not particularly sour. This one is a miss for me.

16oz or close can. Nitro really isn't optimum for a beer like this. Comes off flat and flabby. No real balance or brightness from the lime of other adjuncts. Somehow watery even at 7.3% ABV. Not good at all, quite a disappointment.

Big pounder can from the $1 discount rack LoL. It says its a nitro, so I'm expecting its flat no matter how good it pours to the eye. Very nice silky white head on a slightly hazy pale brew. And yes, it is totally flat, quite rudely flat at that. It does have an acceptable limey flavor and the vanilla and cinnamon don't add too much spice but it's certainly there. In the middle taste gets somewhat weird and then the vanilla and cinnamon really start to take hold. Wow, this could use a little carbonation to distract from the spices. I know the nitro widget makes it a lovely looking pour for the eye, but I just can't get used to flat beer. I must say that it doesn't really come across as over 7%. Hides teh alky well.

13.65 ounce can from State Line, 9/17/22 (by one minute). Hazy amber, large nitro tan head, average retention. Aroma of lactose and lime. Pale malt, graham cracker, and about the faintest hint of smoke you can possibly imagine. Taste is sweet lime, vanilla, coconut. Mild tartness. Nice.

Honey color with a large creamy orange white head that lingered and left great lacing. Tart and tangy lime and graham crackers. Long finish. Medium body
