Betsy

Betsy is an aromatic grisette that spent six months slowly fermenting and conditioning in our Missouri oak foeder, along with hundreds of pounds of fresh blueberries and a blend of yeast strains. One of those, brettanomyces, brings out pleasant and funky blueberry fruit. Pours a clear light purple. Keg and bottled conditioned for a natural and soft carbonation. Handpicked local blueberries from our friends at Emily’s Produce! Betsy is a true labor of love, a year in the making, and named for our beloved Aunt Betsy.
