40 days cold matured, lets jump in a ice hole, malt-forward, featuring a smooth, bready sweetness. There is a mild to moderate bitterness from the Fresh German hops, but not overpowering. Ice Bomb has a slightly floral hop character. The balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness is a key characteristic.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, smsll hesd. Fruity nose with some apricot. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Crystal-like malt, mirabelles and apricot. Low bitterness.

(Keg at Mad Finn Helsinki, as Mad Finn Ice Bomb, thanks fonefan, 20240828) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, malts, grain and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. Nice.

A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head. Grassy and a bit grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Nice hoppyness in front, pils malts, touch grain. Bitterness in the aftertaste too. Suprisingly hoppy.
