This is a very complex style of beer and our version has a lots of strawberry aroma and flavor at the front. Looking past the strawberries you will see earthy yeast tones, a mild tartness and a medium level of bitterness. You will also find spiciness from the yeast that really livens up this beer.

Draught @ MBWF 2018 [ Malmö- Öl & Whiskyfestival 2018 ], Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden. [ As West Coast Beersmiths Bubbly Jubbly ].Clear medium to light yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, strawberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet strawberry, fruity yeast, peppery, sweet malt, wheat, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. At Linköping Beer Expo 2018. Golden with a white head. Aroma of strawberries, funk and some malt. The same in the taste. The body was medium. A decent one.
