On tap at their Gatineau taproom. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Allium, hop burn, citrus on the nose. Flavour is yeasty, citrus, syrupy malts. Not a hint of Nelson, unfortunately. I've had worse triple hazies, but this is far from good.

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit, some dank. Taste: Hoppy mix of citrus fruit, tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, papaya), a little resinous, subtle dank and melon. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Quite dense and very smooth malty base. Over medium body, average carbonation. Nice complexity for this style.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and light mango/tropical notes and hints of white wine notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some mango and tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting juicy NEIPA with nice tropical features and hints of white wine.

Murky blond colour, with compact head. Aroma of Nelson Sauvin, passion fruit, ripe tropical fruit, and light dankness. Full bodied, moderately sweet, but also too starchy; good hops, juicy, melon, but the heavy starch mutes them; warming alcohol. Good but dirty.

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with huge, creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, snow white head. Rather unspecific, citrusy fruity and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma with some zesty aspects, minimally cheesy overtones. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity and tropical fruity, minimally dank and cheesy, hoppy, sweet-ish, wheaty and oaty malty basis, notes of lemon and orange, some mango, mandarine. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate. medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation; minimally alcoholic allusions. Gains some quality in a short time while warming up; rich, intense and reasonably condensed - very good.
