2024 version of our annual DIPA is a hazy one. It's THICK in mango, succulent tangerine and citrus peel. It will be leaving you in doubt, if the subtle fragrant "noises" are rose petals, green pepper, cedar or something beyond. Being a hazy/juicy/whatever, Tippa '24 is a seriously complex beer that will evolve through ever-changing temperature of the serving. It's a strong beer with many layers: take your time with it and enjoy the ride in this hoppy wonderland!
Fermentables: Golden Promise, Lager Malt, Flaked Oat, Wheat, Dextrin, Oat Malt, Dextrose.
Kettle/Whirlpool Hops: CTZ
Extract, Azacca, Citra.
Dry Hops: Hop oil + Azacca, Citra.
Yeast: Lallemand Verdant

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is peach, some resin, mild floral, tropical fruits and some slight biscuity malts. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild nectary and bready tones to it. Smooth, and rather easy going.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2024) The beer yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had mango, ripe fruits spiciness and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, floralness spiciness, ripe fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity spicy and bitter. A very balanced hoppy brew with strong fruity notes and high ABV.

Rated at SOPP - Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot. Juicy tropical fruity, citrusy and slightly piney with some floral hops, grapefruit and hints of sweetness and mild bitterness. Quite balanced

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2024 Aroma has juicy fruity tones and tropical fruits. Flavour has tropical fruits, some hop burn and mild herbal notes. Good and easy to drink.

Keg @ SOPP Helsinki 2024. Poured hazy and orange in color. Mango fruity, some sweetness, some bitterness. Light resin. Not as intense as last years versions.
