"Espoossa on kaikki isompaa" -sanonta lienee totta, sillä kyseisessä pääkaupunkiseudun syöverissä on nimittäin syntynyt iso olut. Suuri on itse olut, mutta suuruuden lisäksi on enemmän myös enemmän; bourbonissa uineet tammilastut, vanilja ja kaakaonibsit varmistavat tämän oluen kuuluvan megamörkögalexien heimoon.
Järisyttävän pehmeän ja nautinnollisen oluen inspiraationa ja yhteistyökumppanina on sensuellin sivelevä ja tyrmäävän tanssahteleva instrumentaali-yhtye Maa Ilmasta, jonka soittoa on panimon henkilökunta päässyt ihailemaan useaan otteeseen.

Draught@Roudaribaari Ihme, Helsinki. Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown foamy head. Aroma is roasted malts, dark chocolate, mild yeasty and some slight alcohol sweetness to it. Flavour is chocolate, roasted and ashy tones with some toffee and mild floral and wooden bitterness as well.

Draught @ One Pint Pub Aroma has sweet cocoa, chocolate and some licorice. Flavour has licorice, liquor, some chocolate. Peaty-like finish with alcohol and whiskey. Delicious slow sipper, probably the best from Paloasema. Perhaps a bit too boozy on some sips though.

(Can, 0.44l, thanks VastActiv, at VastActiv, 20230518) The beer black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and metal. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. Messy and too sweet.

0,44l can from the brewery. Bbe 31.12.2025. Beautiful very dark brown beer with medium, beige head. Aroma has lot of chocolate, cacao, vanilla, roasted malts and hints of coffee. Reminds me of Omnipollo's Imperial Stouts. Flavor has coffee, hops, cacao, roasted malts. Quite dry coffeeish flavor with cacao is dominating at the end. In good balance, very nice.

Tap at One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Colour is Very dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Cacao, some vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted malts....distant hints of bourbon...some Licorice... nice cacao flavours actually.
