Keg at Mother Kelly's - Bethnal Green, London. Pours rich black-brown with a stiff, lasting beige cream. Robust, lots of roast, scorched earth, bitter dark chocolate, burnt pine, over-toasted brown bread. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with a little piney resin, tar, more earthy hops, bittersweet cocoa, drying ash. Good and toothy.

A quite nice and tasty black ipa.
Black color with a fine beige head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Fine body and an ok carbonation level. Semi dry ending. Ok bitterness. Coffee, roast, licorice (a bit to much maybe), grapefruit hoppy and fruity flavor.
