Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Vague caramel aroma. In a dark but it didn’t appear to be particularly amber, more a light brown. Sparse froth of a head. Light bitter. This grows in strength but not to more than less light. Light bodied. Thin. Flat. Long finish. Drinkable but a bore draw. Had been on for a few days I think and may have suffered for that.

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear amber with a sturdy medium white head. The aroma is brown bread, cereal, toasted grain, porridge and dull spice. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, brown bread, biscuit, cereal, generic fruit vibe and spice on the finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not a huge amount going on, but OK overall.

Cask at GBBF’16, day one, 09/08/16. Clear orange topped with a decent beige cap. Nose is cereals, grain, light citric peel, bread dough, orange, a touch thin. Taste comprises toasted grains, earthy fruit esters, biscuit malt, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style if a touch earthy.
