Bottle 33 cl. Pours a beautiful deep orange/reddish brown with a creamy, beige head. Some dark dried fruit and nuts in the nose. Rich, malty body, kinda roasty, slightly tart, nuts, toffee, biscuits with a solid late bitterness. Not overly complex or sophisticated, but does the job. 120219

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in November 2018. Dark amber with a large head. Aroma of caramel, malt, some dried fruit and light herbs. The same in the taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

[ As Pax Polaris ].Unclear medium red orange (maghogny) colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, spicy, citrus, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, anis seed, coriander.
