Avellana is our new imperial stout flavoured with hazelnuts and aged in bourbon barrels.
It pours a deep, opaque black with a rich, tan head. Aromas of roasted malt mingle with notes of toasted hazelnuts, creating an enticing bouquet. On the palate, the beer delivers a velvety smooth mouthfeel, with flavors of dark chocolate, sweet bourbon and espresso. The hazelnut character adds a delightful nuttiness and subtle sweetness to balance the beer’s robust roasted malt profile. With a warming alcohol presence and a lingering nutty finish, this imperial stout is a decadent treat for those who appreciate bold, flavorful brews.
