Bought at Kornwestheim, this dark beer is acceptable, light and not so aromatic for the style, malt, little sweet, few hop, watery, 15.03.19, trying it at Epalinges .

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Braukatz Dark Cat ].Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lastingg, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, hay, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, sweet malt, dark malt, sugary malt, light hay. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Dark malty, slightly toasted taste with notes of bread crusts, toffee and chocolate; moderately sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish with notes of toasted malt and chocolate in the aftertaste.
