A hazy DIPA with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin
" Pretty complex aroma just from two hops, they are heavy hitters though. The really dank Mosaic and the new beautiful crop of Nelson Sauvin brings tons of saturated hop aroma. I find melon, grapefruit, fruity bubblegum, white wine, white pepper and some dankness. Really happy with how this turned out. "

Growler from Etko Brewing. Poured light orange in color, thin white head. Intense hoppy nose, white grapes, Nelson showing nicely. Grassy and fresh citrus hoppy flavors. Some dankness. So fresh and tasty.
