Australia produces some phenomenal hops that we love to use and Vic Secret is one of the best! Originating from the state of Victoria in the south-east of the country, this variety is known for packing a real wallop. Initial aromas of mango and guava with a touch of pine, followed by juicy pineapple on the palate.

Hops - Vic Secret
Matlt - Low Colour Maris Otter, Wheat, Malt, Flaked Wheat

Frothy white head on highly carbonated clear pale golden coloured body. Light malt & earthy aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & cloying. Bitter, cardboard, pithy & grapefruit tastes with a hopped up finish. These Thornbridge single hop beers aren't doing much for me. Standard.
