Clouded minds elisir Cask at The Rake during the Fierce Beer MTB. It pours clear amber - brown with a decent medium white head. The aroma is rich, malty, brown bread, toast and a touch of caramel sweetness.. The taste is bitter - sweet, brown bread, caramel, pine, resin and wood with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fine, but wouldn’t stand out in a crowd.
