Amber Ale.
Caramel and biscuit taste from the malts is balanced by a generous amount of Centennial, Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade hops. Very fruity.

Cask gravity at Reading Beer Festival 2015. Clear russet colour lasting white head. Decent hoppy aroma. A bit nutty and Sherbet in the mouth. Juglandaceous perhaps. Some dryness on the finish. OK. Grapefruit hop

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Bright clear amber beer, tiny off white head. Palate is smooth with very modest carbonation. Soft malts, trace of sweetness. Hops dominate with some fairly bitter ripe orange. Touches of lemon and floralness. Nice red berry fruits. Mild hop spice. Finishes smooth and semi dry with a long bitter linger. Strong hop presence but slightly flat.
