Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Belvoir Sir Frank Whitt' Ale ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt bitter, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Thin and slightly grainy malts. Floral mid. Ripe citrus. Some citric peel bitterness. Okay.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Golden blonde with a moderate off White head. Nose is pale malts, straw, trace of orange, melon. Taste comprises melon, faint vanilla, bread dough, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre gold.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly buttery, lightly hops in the distance, medium bitterness. Average to medium body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Gbbf. Klares goldgelbes Bier. Geruch leicht zitronig hopfig, Pinien. Geschmack leicht hopfig, zitronig, nussig.
