Cask at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Bubbles on the surface, dark ruby-reddish body, dotted spots on the glass. Caramel malty nose, roasted. Flavoured with caramel malts joined by moments of dried fruits. Ends with roasted bitterness. Fine bodied. Quite nice. (07.02.2019).

Cask @ Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, roast malt, chocolate and has a nice bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2016, [ Great British Beer Festival 2016 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Fuzzy Duck Ruby Duck ].Clear dark to medium prange - red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, dried fruit, dark fruit, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160810] 6-3-7-3-13

Cask @ GBBF 2016. Pours a dark ruby amber color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel chocolate bitter flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

Black with creamy head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of dark roasted malts. Smooth and creamy texture.

Catching up on ratings from GBBF 2016. From cask. Poured dark amber colour, with an average sized off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, molasses, light fruit. Full bodied, slick texture. East drinking, and enjoyable.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost clear deep amber beer, thin pale tan head. Malts are sweet with a tangy caramel - toffee. Ripe fruits. Mild marmalade and floral orange. Dry finish. Fine if not very porter like.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear dark amber to lightly red-brown color, small to average sized off-white head. Quite faint aroma. Taste malts, caramel, brown candy sugar lightly in the background but also a slight touch of hops and perhaps a hint of dark fruits even. I like it.
