Toasted almost burnt peanuts and molasses. Jet deep brown black witha decent brown head. A bit of burnt notes, peanut and a rich long finish. The burn peanut is a bit much mixed with coffee, but it’s as advertised.

12 oz. bottle, pours black with a tiny tan head. Nose brings out lots of burnt roasted coffee, lots of thick peanut butter, and cocoa. Flavour is sweet, roasty and peanut buttery, with burnt roasted coffee, peanut butter, and sweet cocoa. Sweet, and a nice peanut butter character. Very good.

Oxford Tasting, bottle
Dark brown colour, almost no head. Aroma of dusty roasted malts; peanut shells. Good body, quite good dark chocolate flavour, dusty character, spices, peanut shells, salty, with some liquorice in the end.
Weird.

Dark brown. No head. The aroma has a lot of peanut butter, chocolate, lots of coffee, too, and some alcohol. Soft peanut butter, lots of chocolate, and a ton of coffee. Good sweet malts. Not much alcohol in the finish - pretty balanced.

(355ml bottle from boxbeers.dk) Pours black with a very small tan head and no lace. Aroma of ample peanut butter, ashy roast, quite a bit of burnt earthy coffee, some dark sweet malty tones, a little chocolate and vanilla. Flavour is semi-sweet and heavily roasted, with lots of peanut butter and nutty bitterness augmented with earthy coffee, charred grain, tar and ash, bittersweet chocolate, dark caramel and soft vanilla in support. Finish is dry, peanuts, burnt grain, black coffee, pretty long. Medium bodied, oily, softly carbonated, a hint of booze. Nice stuff overall, not exceedingly complex as the adjuncts are driving the show. Quality Prairie stout as expected, and who doesn't love hugs?
