This lager uses a non-alcoholic yeast from L'allemand that is super neutral in flavor and noble hops (Tradition, Spalter Select) to give a pilsner character to the beer. This must be one of the few non-alcoholic lagers in the market made with the fermentation method that tastes like a lager!

faint citrussy aroma, also yeasts and dough. Not much aroma. flavor is white salty dough, faint cereral, very faint citrussy note. drinkable and not bad in any way, but there are way better nonalc lagers out there, even from the mainstream macro breweries.

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellow with a tiny, white head. Nose is yeasty, faintly citrusy with a discreet underlying note of wort. Light body, initially sligt wort accents before some sulphur knocks on the door. No real bitterness. 200624

Can. A cloudy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, and sugar. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Can from Meny Valby drunk at home - 05/05/2024 Light grassy and malty, bready malts, light yeasty accent, hay, straw, and subtle lemony citrus stroke, crisp and refreshing with a light bitter hoppy finish. Another solid addition to this AF series. --- Beer merged from original tick of Implosion Lager on 26 Mar 2025 at 12:21 - Score: 6.
