[ As Raudonų Plytų Barzda Vétroje (Brick by Brick Wind Knot) ].Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, dusty chocolate, sugary chocolate, blackcurrant, brown sugar, nutty, light toffee - nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average duration, metalic bitter, sweet malt, dark malt, bread, brown sugar, cardboard. IMO: A bit one dimensional. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181101] 6-4-5-3-11

Bottle. Opaque deep brown, moderate off-white head. Aroma: roasted barley, toasted malts, a strange plasticy hint. Light body. Taste: rather dry, fairly roasty. Some coffee, decent finishing bitterness. Tasty enough.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear dark maroon brown with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, peat, toffee, coffee and dark fruit. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and chocolate, with notes of yeast and touches of coffee. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of hops and malt and touches of yeast. Bitter and dry aftertaste. Well, a resaonable Carlsberg beer...
