Brewed with Pilgrim, Amarillo, Admiral and Wakatu hops for a complex flavour. This beer is probably what some would term a ’Black IPA’ but we don’t like the term. We’ve called it what it is - a black, hoppy bitter. A touch of chocolate at first, with black malt used at the end of the sparge to extract the colour.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Siba 2014. Bitter dark beer. Sme chocolate. Very bitter but quite decent. Very nettley. Yes decent but the finish is very aggressive.
