Draught @ Hope and Ruin, 11-12 Queens Rd, Brighton, East Sussex, England BN1 3WA. [ As Laine Brighton IPA ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Cask at North Laine Brewhouse, Brighton. Hazy orange color, medium-sized off-white head. Grainy-yeasty nose has some pineapple and citrus. Medium-bodied. Pineapple, resin in the flavor. Malty ipa with some grainy and yeasty notes.
