Created to celebrate 300 years of brewing in Belhaven. Sweet pale malt from Scottish barley is the base for this hoppy Pale Ale. Classic herbal hop from Challenger and grapefruit citrus from Cascade is boosted with generous dry hopping in Fermenter with Galaxy and Centennial for fragrant floral and citrus notes and Mandarina Bavaria for yet more grapefruit flavour and a hint of orange. A zingy and refreshing Pale Ale with sweet malt, fragrant and fruity hop and a good bitter finish.

Tap. Amber to gold color, clear, almost white foam. Aroma: sweet, floral, berries, a little citrus, candied fruits, butter, candy. Taste: a little sweet, malt, slightly fruity, mild bitterness.

Cask @ Albanach, Edinburgh. Clear dark golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 140419

Cask at the Grosvenor. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of honey and buttery toffee. Some sweet orange. Taste is very sweet. Like orange cordial. Sticky. Not nice.

Clear dark golden colour, thin crey and stable yellowish off-white head; aroma of floral, fuity, bready and biscuity-caramel notes; taste is the same with some vinous-earthy notes; refreshing ale!

On cask at the Fisherman's Tavern, Broughty Ferry. Appearance - golden amber with a thin but attractive head. Nose - Scottish tablet and orange. Taste - sweet malt. Some orange pith. Palate - light to medium bodied with a dry middle and finish. Overall - not bad.
