75cl bottle from REWE Frankfurt. Pours a pale gold, moderate sparkle. Slight honeyed side to this, a little slick on the tongue but finishing oh so dry.. ok overall.

Getrunken als „Heil Bio Cidre Mild“. Recht süß und nur süß im Antrunk. Ab dem Mittelteil kommt dann doch etwas Tiefe und ein schönes Apfelaroma setzt ein. Sektnoten oder Spuren von Hefe sind nur mit sehr viel Phantasie und gutem Willen zu erahnen. Kohlensäure nahe Null. Der ohnehin geringe Alkoholgehalt ist vollständig verschleiert. Wässrig ist das trotzdem nicht, hat schon ne gewisse Dichte. Diese kommt aber von purem Apfelsaft und nicht vom Most. Schmecken tut das auf alle Fälle, mir aber etwas zu süß und etwas zu alkoholarm. Dass das Bio ist und trotzdem nicht unbezahlbar, finde ich aber sehr positiv.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ Scooper Tasting. [ As Heil Bio Cidre lieblich ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, sweet apples, yellow apples, red apples. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apple, yellow apples, red apples, apple, light dry. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apple juice, fruits, little sugar, light acidity and has a sweet dry apple finish.

1/8/2018. Bottle from Tegut, Frankfurt. Pours clear golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples, hint of biscuit, and a little citrus acidity. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness and a touch of sour. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. A little tartness to finish. Quite drinkable and easily the best of today's Frankfurt cidery offerings from tegut...
