Pigs Ear. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Pretty good shape. Light malts, sweet enough. Sweet yeast and mild esters. Very clear red berry fruits from the Barba Rouge hops. A little bit of peppery spice from the Aramis. Light and semi dry finish finds ripe banana coming to the fore Clever beer, nicely done.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours Lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with notes of doughy wheat bread, citrus fruits, a little peach, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, nice yeast expression. Tasty.

Keg at LBA Fest 23. Aroma is sugary but light, with a fruity streak. Light-medium bitter. Some resin. Dry fruity streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice.
