We wanted to create a punchy IPA that had warmth and vibrancy akin to the ‘blue hour’- that glorious hour between day and night when the sky is alive with all different hues of blue. Wheat and oats offer a super silky mouthfeel, but it’s the hops where this beer comes into its own. Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka (directly from Clayton hop farm in NZ) combine perfectly with Citra to give intense tropical and dank aromas.

Can from The Hive, Crowthorne. Aroma is herbal, there's citrus and a hint of the vinous. Pale orange. The foamy white head has a delicate appearance, plus impressive lacing. Hazy if opaque. Sweet. Not overly so... creamy and fruity. The sweetness is held in check by a bitter sour edged streak which combines subtle resin with a herbal and vinous element. Medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Long dry increasingly astringent finish.
