Cask at St Judes Tavern, Ipswich. Aroma is fruity - hence the apple? Berry edge. No head. Sour.juice and berries. Long grainy and malty streak. Light-medium bodied l. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Nice but basic.

17/6/2022. Cask at the 30th East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear dark amber bronze with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruit, light spice, hint of starch. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily, soft carbonation.

Cask: Poured dark orange amber with a tan head. Aroma is fruity, malts, caramel. Taste is fruity, malty, caramel. It’s okay.
