Gravity cask at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Clear golden to light amber with an off white head. Nose is orange peel, grass, herb, grains, straw. Taste comprises tangy orange, straw, dusty fruits, toasted grains, hedgerow. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a light green hop spattering. Not bad.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 3. Pours clear honey-gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, tastes like tea, some leaves, sun-kissed pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some husky pale grains, old lemon rind, more tea notes. So so.

Cask at PoW Beer Fest lunch hour quick visit. Aroma is soft and citrusy. Underlying malts. Opaque amber gold. Thin white head skims the surface. Medium bitter. Woody. Sour berries and bitter lemon . Underlying malts show themselves into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry finish. Punchy old school.
