375 ml bottle into pint glass, best after 8/22/2013. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste lemon, pear, apple, cracker, lightly toasted bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, cracker, lightly toasted bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a very solid English pale ale style. All around good balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

375ml bottle into glass. Nose is a bit malty, a bit sour yeast. Cloudy golden beer with high carbonation and a little yeast residue. Light zingy mouthfeel. Finish is short and tangy. Sessionable and nice.

If i was a spinner, this would be my stock ball. Everyone needs an affordable beer to drink between bottles of barrel aged monastery brewed trippels, and at 45 bucks a slab, this is just the ticket. Has a very strong yeast aroma and a refreshing hop taste.

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig met lichte rook smaak. Op zich een goed bier maar het is net of er iets ontbreekt aan de smaak om er een echt goed product van te maken.

Bottle from an Australian themed UK pub chain. Pale slightly cloudy yellow not really much head. Aroma has some malts and sweetness, not much hop or anything else. Taste is sweet and malt, with a dry finish.

Blond session beer, bottle fermented. Yellowish white, moussy, stable head, colour misty golden blonde, turning a murky ochre after adding the deposit. Shy aroma of grassy hops, white pepper, dough and a hint of green apple. Dry grainy, bit doughy taste, yeasty, very faint fruity accents, metallic, finishing a bit watery. Bit dull.

Bottle Pours dark , clear blonde . Small, instantly fading white head Smell is sweet, caramel maltyness . High carbo . Rather weak taste, surprisingly . Caramely-sweet malts ( which is nice ) with an overpowering bitterness , yet not that hoppy ( chemical ??? ) . Aftertaste has the malts again. Taste is a bit of a let down here . Less bitterness, and less carbo , would make this a lot better
