We mash this low ABV beer warmer than usual to retain the malt backbone. We then hop it with loads of Citra and Motueka to give aroma and flavour to a beer you can enjoy all day.

Cannette.

Level 42 Bottleshare and no Mark King in sight. Thanks to Fergus for the can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Soft palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, airy and mildly sweet. Mild pine and hop spice. Semi sweet floralness. Light tangy citrus and modest peach. Light dry finish. Tidy.

Can thanks to Fergy. It pours cloudy pale gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, grass, straw, pine needles, apricot, pineapple, nectarine, brioche and candid peel. The taste is dry, rather bitter, grassy, straw, pine needles, floral, citrus peel, pithy and earl grey tea with a dry finish. Light body and moderate foamy carbonation. Crushable and great for the abv.
