As the days grow shorter and darker Bat to Black emerges from its slumber. Our take on a old school Black IPA or Cascadian Dark Ale, this beer tastes like the Pacific Northwest in a glass. Hopped heavily with some of the most classic C hops to give this beer a resinous piney character that balances harmoniously with the chocolate wheat malt.
Expect notes of evergreen trees, subtle citrus, dark truit and roasty chocolate. With a smooth body and full mouthteel balanced out by a moderate bitterness this beer is meant to keep you warm as the days grow cold.
