Brewed in celebration of the once-a-year BC hop harvest with hundreds of pounds of fresh Cascade Hops from Barnside Brewing in Delta, BC. It pours a straw yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of melon, lemon, honey and chlorophyll lead to flavours of kiwi, cantaloupe and tropical fruit. The massive amounts of fresh hops added at the end of the boil give this beer a full body and smooth mouthfeel. Fermented with our house lager yeast for a clean, crisp and refreshing finish allowing the hops to shine.

6oz pour at brewery. Pours clear blonde with white head. Aroma has fresh pine, doughy malts, and a touch of citrus. Flavour has tons of crisp, woody pine, soft malts underneath, some straw. Nice bitter finish. Solid.

Hazy and a bit dull. Slight grassiness, maybe pedio though it's blowing off quickly. Medium bitterness, gentle pale malt.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of doughy malt, light grass, and dank fresh hops. Flavour is full of dank grassy hops, straw and doughy malt. Dank, grassy and somewhat piney finish. Doesn't seem that pils-like. Good stuff but missing that crisp hoppy bite.

Poured from the tap. Chill hazed gold with full white head. Solid, but subdued with a nice balance. Gentle biscuit malt and melon hops. Decent.
