On tap at Fair Isle, pours a hazy dark red with a medium tan head. Aroma is loaded with oak, light balsamic, leather, and farmhouse notes. Flavour is complex, with a really nice wild yeast character, plenty of oak, leather and a touch of balsamic. Funky, yeasty, and cohesive. Maybe not an authentic Flanders Red but it's got its own thing going on. Excellent.
