“Soul Intent” has 100% Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and a blend of two noble hops “German Hallerteau Mittelfruh” and “Czech Saaz”. Pours a light gold colour with vibrant carbonation and a frothy white foam. With a delicate bitterness and a hint of bread and biscuit, we get aromas of freshly cut hay followed by Wildflower honey and mild white pepper on the palate.

10oz pour at brewery. Pours clear blonde with moderate white head. Aroma has stale bread malts. Flavour has stale bread malts. This is a poor pilsner.
