A favorite style among our production team, we enjoy the playfulness of how palates adapt and evolve from the first sip to the end of the glass. The initial smoke bouquet gives way to bright citrus and floral notes begging you to enjoy another pint.

Bottle pour at brewery. Pours slightly cloudy blonde with white head. Aroma has a fantastic smoky quality. Flavour has smoke, crisp malts, and a woody, rustic backbone. Fantastic light smoky beer.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed blonde gold with huge white head. Smoked malt, saison yeast, hint of citrus, At 3.6%, this is excellent! Top grodziskie.

Hazy and pale. Thin head. Massive oak smoke aroma with sweet bready pale malt. Light body, so much smoke, lots of fresh buggy stuff, wheaty. Great complexity. Ok, this is a funky, ballsy grod. I'm down.

750ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: cloudy blonde with a white head. Aroma: super smoky, mazut. Taste: nice crisp, quite smoky, very refreshing. Overall: I wish I could enjoy smoky beers, then this one would be wonderful. This beer, though, is a grodziskie with just a crispiness coming from Saison and they have nothing else in common than this.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out plenty of smoke, plenty of wheatiness, and light rustic notes. Flavour is smoky and dry, with intense campfire smoke, wheaty notes, and light rustic notes. Very smoky and campfire-dominant, with a wheaty base. Slightly above average carbonation, with a very smoky, wheaty finish. Real nice.
