Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours clear yellow with a few bubbles on top. Really interesting aroma, with a little funk, ripening apples, maybe lime. Medium sweet flavour with refreshing dryness, with a touch so sweat, white pepper, some ripe lemon, white grape. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with soft carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more ripening apples, background citrus fruits, light tartness, lemon, salt. Nicely dynamic. Lots of fun.
