Bottle at LKS. It pours clear blush-gold with a tiny bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, angel delight, earth, wood, hay, apple skin, dessert wine, white grape and red apple. The taste is slick, oily, sweet apple, apple skin, white grape, gooseberry, toffee apple, tannin, sugary and wood with a soft, oily finish. Medium body, flat and oily mouth - feel. Good depth of flavour. Rich and quaffable.

375ml bottle from Tom Oliver, bottled July 2016. Pours clear gold. Moderately sweet slick apple fruit aroma. Light on the palate, lightly slick with a wine-like mouthfeel. Taste has a subtle complexity, medium-sweet apple fruit with a lingering acidity. Quite a refined, delicate character with a modest depth of flavour. Excellent applewine-style cider.
