750 ml corked & caged bottle, as Les Trois Mousquetaires Hors Série Sour Abricot, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Moderately hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of farmhouse / farmhouse kitchen / brettanomyces, also fresh and dried apricots and oak. Medium dry and sour flavour of brettanomyces and lactic acid, also distinct oak and dried apricots.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear golden with almost no head. Aroma of stable, fruit gum, dust. Tastes sour. Thin bodied.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours clear yellow. Aroma has dirty, grassy notes and sour stonefruit. So acidic it nearly cleared out my sinuses.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart apricots, acidity, and a touch of oak. Flavour is very sharp, with intensely acidic apricots and intense tartness. Acidic, sharp, and lacking depth and cohesion.
