473ml can. Pours a cloudy gold orange with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Fruity aroma of bready pale malt, lime, white peach, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, lime, green grape, mango, earthy yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation.

Doesn't have a lot of hops character on the nose, but it sure comes out in hop tang on the back end. Tons of green onion there. I was looking forward to the Nelson here but I don't get much of that. Astringent and sour cloying finish. Can.

Second brew of the night with a Nelson-Motueka combination (the other being Mille-Ïles Triple Néo-Zélandaise). Hazy golden-orange colour with a warm, off-white frothy-fluffy head, good retention and lots of sticky, foamy lacing left. The Nelson Sauvin comes out way more in this one with the grainy, white grapes notes and the tropical fruits from the Motueka in the base of the beer. Lemon peel comes out eventually. The citrus zest continues in the taste with milder tropical fruits and the Sauvignon Blanc touch. A really nice, refreshing Pale Ale with the Nelson Sauvin hops shining nicely.
