We wanted to showcase the awesome ingredients we have growing around us in Ontario, so we decided to brew a crisp Pale Ale brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
This refreshing Pale Ale uses
Malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Pakenham, yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph, Chinook hops from Stone Hedges Hop Farm in Eganville and Cascade hops from Happy Hour Hop Yard in Middlesex County
It has notes of citrus and resinous pine, and a balanced bitterness. It’s best enjoyed on the dock or by the campfire.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, British hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy British hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
