Notes de la brasserie : Au nez, on retrouve évidemment une belle présence de lime, accompagnée par de douces notes de céréales. En bouche, la bière est très mince, bien gazéifiée. Au goût, on détecte initialement l’agrume puis de plus subtiles arômes de pain, de biscuit, et finalement floraux et herbacés des houblons. La gorgée finit très mince, avec une amertume résiduelle persistante et rafraîchissante.

Fairly clean, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and lots of foamy lacing left. Mild cereal grain aromas with lime zest. The zest of the lime really comes out in the taste, adding some bitterness, and decent dryness in the finish. Quite a dry-bitter ending, light lager with lots of lime zest (wish a little more juice of it would of gone in to add fruitiness-sourness).

A blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy hops, light cereal, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light citrusy notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
