Mooch tasting, courtesy of the gang
The colour is near black, it's a dense pour. Aroma of malt, syrup, vanilla, candies. It's extremely thick, it's sweet, syrupy; flavour of malt syrup, toffee sauce, treacle, milk chocolate, light walnuts; the alcohol is not too prominent (well, with all this sugar…).
Massive.

500ml @ Matt's new place during Andrew's visit. Appearance: pours like an oil, very dark brown with no head. Aroma: lots of barrels with some fruity-berry character and dark sugars. Taste: along the same lines, very thick. Overall: good one.

500mL bottle, pours jet black with no head. Aroma brings out lots of vanilla beans, bourbon barrels, and some cocoa. Flavour is extremely rich, lots of coffee, bourbon, vanilla, and dark sugars. Lots of bourbon, extremely rich, finishing on vanilla and dark sugars. Over-the-top but very tasty.

Dark brown, just a thin head. Rich chocolate, vanilla, light nutty character. Body is quite thick. This brings layers of awesomeness to the table.
