A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light British hops, very nice. On tap at Ste Mélanie brewery.

Hazed-bright golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy-bubbly white head, decent retention and lots of soapy-foamy lacing. Big herbal-citrus aromas with an orange juice base and mild oats. Flavours of lemon zest with a tad tart, smooth grassiness blending with light oranges. Particles floating around, eventually hitting the bottom. Juicy mouthfeel with some nice building, soft dryness. A nice easy-drinking NEIPA that is not overly DDH, nor too juicy.
