Ale of the Illuminati. Velvety mouthfeel and full bodied richness. A fruity hop bite balances this creamy milk stout.

Transparent black color with a creamy beige top. Nice lacing. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness. Chocolate, mild roast and some milky notes. Decent easy drinkable stout.

Handpull cask at the Royal Standard Cambridge. Dark purplish brown. Translucent. Very little head but a lot of lacing. Chocolate and egg yolk aroma which is spoiled a bit by a sharp vegetal note. Taste is gorgeous though: unapologetically sweet and creamy. Lots of oaty intensity like sugary breakfast porridge. Creamy mouthfeel. Really nice.
