One of the newest additions to our range of core beers. Brewed in collaboration with respected brewer Dave Rawstorne, this easy drinking traditional style bitter combines the sweetness of crystal malts with the smooth bitterness of Cascade and Celia Hops. This stylish amber coloured ale is bursting with flavour and aroma.

Cask @ White Lion, Hop & Stagger's brewery tap, Bridgnorth. Pours clear amber, small white head. Lightly sweet malt on the nose, taste is perhaps hoppier than the average bitter, with a pronounced bitterness and some distant caramel. Nice edge to this.

Cask at the White Lion, Bridgenorth. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, malty, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A lovely English bitter and very swssionable. I could drink this all night long.
